3.  Estimation of Charge:
As soon as we receive your image, I will estimate the degree and nature of image damages, and make a conclusion on the possibility and the specific process of restoration.  I will also make preliminary calculation on the basis of our pricing policies and determine the date of completion.  Then I will send my suggestions and price quote on your order to you by e-mail, and will start the restoration process upon your approval.
 
4. Intermediate Check-Out
I will contact you in two days or sooner, depending ont he volume of your order, and send you a "water-marked" sample version of your image.  You will be able to see and evaluate the changes yourself and approve the quality of the work.  Most clients are fully satisfied with this initial result.  However, if you decide that your image needs further correction, or you choose to use additional services, this is the right time to tell me via email.  If additional corections are required, I will send you another "water-marked" test version for your approval.
 
5.  Acceptance and Payment:
The order is not complete until YOU confirm it.  Anfter your image has been fully restored and your payment entered info our account, I will send you a FINAL digital image by e-mail.  MAILED ORIGINAL images will also be returned AFTER payment has been make in full with a check made out to: Rowe Photo Restoration.
